It's an average Starbucks it's clean they get your order right they're efficient you're in in your out. I have no qualms with them and I have no reason not to use them. I think it's exactly what you expect I use online ordering often and my order is already correct and done within 5 mins of ordering. Coffee is coffee here!
We've been here at all hours and they are extremely efficient every time. Fast friendly service. You don't wait, ever. The staff have always been professional and helpful. They make an awesome vanilla bean frappe. Somehow it's better than other locations. We've never had food here or bought merchandise. What's great for us is they are within walking distance on a nice day. If we're forced to drive here, it's strategically located for easy access. We use a few of the businesses in this mall, so we latte, a lot. Being a strip mall, there's a ton of parking. The restrooms are clean as is the dining room. The only downside is no drive-thru. It would also be incredibly hip if they were open 24-hrs. 01/22

This Starbucks is very efficient. Five seconds after you order what you want the drink or food is right there. It has outdoor seating, free Wi-Fi, a great place to work, catch up with some friends,or just have it only be you in quiet space. Highly recommend this Starbucks hope you try it
This Starbucks is located in an area with a lot of companies, so you can bet on finding people chilling here during lunch. Service at this location has always been prompt, the interior is nice and updated and its got everything your typical Starbucks has, with a little Cincinnati flair. I've also noticed this place has many students studying here and really, you'll find a whole variety of folks spending time here. For a small place, there are plenty of options for seating, from cush fireside like seats for the cozy folks, to large table for groups, to window side bar stool tables for lovers, to the against the wall bar seats for loners. The coffee is consistent. My only gripe is that they don't have other creams besides half and half, and they thank you for recycling, yet all that's available are trash bins. Nice place to go to get out of the office though!
Did you ever try the iced Kenya on Clover? It's such a good experience. The flavors just evolve in your mouth. It's a medium roast that tastes dark. Plus, the staff is friendly and efficient. They remember the regulars and warmly greet the newbies too. Overall, one of the most pleasant Starbucks I've visited.
Stopped in here this morning (Dec. 9th, 2014) for a Grande dark roast coffee. Coffee was strong and delicious! A very clean, organized, and well maintained Starbucks. I liked the ambiance, Christmas music was playing in the background and the employees were friendly and positive!
